Once we finish the repair and thorough testing, we’ll create a backup of the fixed version of your site and provide it for you to download and save. If we believe the issue might reoccur or there’s a risk of other problems, we’ll offer advice and recommendations to prevent future issues and improve your site’s performance.

While we address the root cause of the issue to prevent it from recurring, no system can be entirely immune to problems. However, we provide guidance and best practices to minimize the chances of future issues and keep your site running smoothly.

After completing your payment, you’ll receive an email confirming the transaction and providing instructions for the next steps, including how to share your site access and issue details.

We understand how important it is to have your site running smoothly, which is why we always aim to resolve issues within 24 hours. In most cases, the problem is fixed in just a few hours.

As an additional service, you can select ‘Urgent Repair.’ In this case, your site will be prioritized, and we will aim to complete the fix much faster than the standard 24 hours. If we don’t finish within 8 hours, the surcharge for the Urgent Repair service will be fully refunded.

Yes. With our ‘Repair on Our Server’ service, we’ll copy your site to our secure server, fix and test it there, and only then restore it to your server

In some cases, collaboration with your hosting provider may be required. If that happens, we will contact them on your behalf. Please note that the speed of their response may affect the time it takes for us to complete the repair.
