2. Service Completion Time
- The service completion time begins once the customer provides clear information about the problem and makes the payment for the service.
- If resolving the issue requires cooperation with a hosting provider or a third party, the service completion time may be extended. Waiting time for responses from hosting providers or third parties will not be included in the service execution time.
3. Guarantee
- Our services are based on a current assessment of the problem and its resolution according to best practices. While we make every effort to fix the issue, we cannot guarantee that similar problems will not occur in the future.
- No guarantees are provided for future damages or issues that might arise due to changes made to the website, plugins, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Backup of the Current Version of the Site
- Before we start working on fixing any issues, we will offer the option to back up the current version of the website so you have a secure copy before making any changes.
- If you wish to restore a previous working backup of your website in the future, we can provide this service for an additional fee.
5. Third-Party Cooperation
- If the issue requires the involvement of a hosting provider or other third parties, we will make every effort to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. However, we cannot control the response time of these third parties.
- Waiting time for responses or actions from third parties may extend the overall service time, and the customer agrees that we will only be responsible for resolving the issue to the extent that we can.
6. No Full Protection Guarantee
- While we provide a high-quality service to fix the issues, we cannot guarantee full protection from future errors or problems on the website. Using our service does not mean that the problem will not occur again, as various factors can influence website functionality.
- We recommend regular monitoring and maintenance to reduce the risk of new issues.
7. Payment and Refund
- Payment is required upfront, after the type of service and scope of the fix have been agreed upon. Payment is considered confirmation that the customer accepts the terms and has provided the necessary information for us to proceed with the work.
- A refund is only possible if the service is not completed or is not completed within the agreed timeframe, as stated in Section 1.

- These terms and conditions may be modified or updated at any time without prior notice. Any changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page.
9. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for any damages that may occur as a result of website failures after our service, including but not limited to data loss, revenue loss, or other economic damages.
